We're currently hiring for two commission-based sales roles.
Sales Representative
Full-time · 100% commission-based
Presents Valverax solutions to homeowners, building relationships and closing sales through the company's proven sales model.
Responsibilities
- Available for customer appointments during evenings and Saturdays, plus weekday hours
- Deliver structured sales presentations and price quotes at appointments
- Follow up with prospects and respond to customer questions
- Achieve individual sales and customer satisfaction goals
- Maintain product and service expertise
- Represent Valverax at company events and home shows
- Generate leads and referrals
Requirements
- Ability to earn customer trust and credibility
- Strong problem-solving and networking skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and smart devices
- Valid driver's license with a company-compliant driving record
Preferred: Bachelor's degree, or one to two years of related experience.
Lead Acquisition Specialist
Full-time or part-time contract · 100% commission-based on leads and opportunities generated
Finds potential customers in need of Valverax solutions through social media and event participation.
Responsibilities
- Find, contact, and set up initial appointments for sales representatives
- Post information across various social media platforms
- Work company events like home shows and festivals
- Follow up with prospects and respond to questions
- Schedule initial appointments for outside sales representatives
Requirements
- Excellent customer service skills
- Networking ability and comfort engaging people
- Microsoft Office and smart device proficiency
- Ability to manage multiple tasks amid interruptions
Preferred: High school graduate or G.E.D.
